Does anybody else suffer from very slow text output in KDE 's
konsole after the upgrade from RH 7.2 to 7.3? I can sometimes
basically see how the konsole window content gets redrawn line
by line. after upgrading from RH 7.2 to RH 7.3 the kernel that comes in
kernel-2.4.18-4 RPM package fails to boot. i get the following messages on
the console

I use LILO and chose to upgrade it from the install. My boot stanzas
all had the following append

The LILO upgrade gave Upgraded my 7.2 install today using burned isos all MD5SUM checked.
Had the following problem.
Install reported a "fatal " error attempting to upgrade hgdig to version
3.2.0. (Sorry I don 't have aWhenever I tried to use ttmkfdir it would abort. I copied ttmkfdir over
from a 7.2 machine and it ran fine.

Friend has hardrive installed on RH 7.2 box. Won 't be moving any file
systems to it just want to format it and such and use it for extra files

A user is trying to configure a Kickstart configuration and he wants to mirror
the swap partition. Actually mirror it with the raid tools. When I 've made one of those bonehead moves we 've all come to know and love
today. Managing to run `rm -rf /home ' for a couple seconds before I
got it aborted.
Damage was somewhat minor. But also not reaI know links was used instead of lynx in 7.2 but I can 't get either to work
in valhalla. Anyone know which packages are needed?

I have a network I manage for a new client. They purchased 1 server 5
workstations and 1 laptop back in January. I deployed the network the
second week of february. They paid half on delivery and hHas anyone succesfully installed the nVidia drivers on 7.3 yet? I 've tried both the src.rpm and the tarball and neither will compile (from nvidia.com)
