I had a very strange experience when KDE and Windowmaker were running
simutanously . Windowmaker windows didn 't move anymore resizing was not
possible too. I had KDE running as one 'user ' and I would like to try setting up an old server to act as a host for doing
FTP installs across my home lan. I have a few old boxes that may as well
be doing something. Is there a document online for confI 'm trying to set up a cdbackup script to preserve my 7.2.93 system on
CD-RW discs before I blow everything away and do a fresh 7.3 install.
What is the proper syntax to exclude multiple directories I 'm trying to get my wireless card working on Valhalla.
I don 't know where to look for help in man pages and stuff but I was
experimenting with some of the config files. I tried to add a listing in mHi
how can I install the module
/lib/modules/2.4.18-3/kernel/fs/ntfs/ntfs.o
on RedHat 7.3 so that I can read NTFS file systems?

Ever since I upgraded from 7.2 to 7.3 I have been ssing the following errors
in the logs from wuftpd
wu-ftpd - TLS settings control allow client_cert allow data allow
wu-ftpd - My understanding is that the iso images can be placed in a directory
and one can then aim the install at them using the `hard drive
install ' method.

I installed Red Hat 7.3 and J2SDK 1.4.0 and want to install Jedit 4.0

When I try to run the jedit installer as a normal user my VM crashes
with a nasty looking error duI wanted to compile qtella but I don 't find kde 's includes
directory?
Can anyone say me what parameter I have to set when I try to compile
qtella with

I followed the thread on Skipjack where several users (including myself) noted that even if you unchecked everything in a custom installation the installer still requests the second CD and you cannotWhere must I put my own scripts (iptables...) or commands (tleds...)
which should be executed when ppp0 gets connected with DSL?

been struggling to upgrade my laptop (currently running Enigma) to Valhalla.
I have a FAT partition (hda5) in which I have my valhalla iso images. Enigma
is currently installed on hda6 - > hda10I upgraded from 7.2 with a rawhide kernel and XFree86 to 7.3. Since then
each night when I leave myself logged in under X I come back in the
morning to find myself at the login screen.

I 'm trying to get an old p100 working as my firewall and router to the
net to use a modem as the output interface (getting IP MASQ and getting
the firewall working is fine as I set it up before hi have just run up2date on valhalla and there is a new kernel out
already. anyone know the reasoning behind this? what prompted such a
quick release of a new kernel build?

Fresh install of 7.3 (previously ran 7.2 but formatted instead of upgrade).
Starts to boot the kernel hangs every single time at
apm BIOS version 1.2 flags 0x03 (Driver version 1.16)
