Why does RedHat display version levels of programs in banners in their

Red Hat 7.3 Personal Edition as a "pocket book edition " for only $32.I have a nice RPM of True Type fonts that I use mostly gleaned from
various Windows machines. I 've used this package since 7.1 and I 've

What 's the deal with ip6tables vs. iptables? Are these complementary?

Sendmail to Postfix. I have to say that we complained like the whiniest of
babies and RedHat did a nice job of giving it to us juI suppose konqueror quit using (or never has used) fam. I restarted xinetd
and konqueror still updates the directory contents properly. strace shows
is stat 'ing the current directory in a loop.
NauYep you leave a Win2k server on the internet unpatched and you will get
hit. Code Red/Nimda et al are slowing down a bit but they still fill the
logs with their garbage.

I have a clean 7.3 Valhalla install on a machine with a Voodoo 3 3000
graphics card. I am having trouble getting OpenGL applications to run in
anything but software mode.

Clean install of RH 7.3. All partitions formatted except for /home. I
wasn 't effected by this when using the Skipjack beta but I think I
recall seeing this mentioned on the Skipjack mailing lUpgrade from fully updated Enigma to Valhalla.
